Directions...
From Dublin:
As you approach Athlone on the M6 motorway from Dublin, you will pick up the N6 which is the dual carriageway by passing Athlone Town.
Follow this road until you come to Exit No. 4 signposted Lough Ree East and Athlone Town Centre
Take this exit and at the top of the slip road, turn left. At the roundabout go straight on.
Follow this road for less than 1km to the traffic lights and again go straight on, sign posted for Irishtown/Golden Island.
You will pass the Sheraton Hotel on your right, followed by O’Neill’s pub (Do not turn right at O’Neill’s) Go straight on and you will come to the traffic lights at Dunnes Stores.
Turn left at these lights. We are the 5th house down on your left.
Arch House is a yellow building and set in off the street to allow for a set down area and parking.
From Galway:
As you approach Athlone on the N6 from Galway, take the By Pass, signed Dublin N6. This takes you on to the dual carriageway. (Do not take the town centre route)
Follow the dual carriageway until you come to Exit No. 4 signposted Ballymahon N55 and Athlone Town Centre.
Take this exit and at the top of the slip road, turn right. At the roundabout go straight on.
